At Ink Genie, our mission is to promote a convenient and eco-friendly solution for businesses to dispose of their surplus original print supplies. We believe that every unused original cartridge that we acquire and put back into circulation is a step towards a more sustainable future. With over 375 million print cartridges ending up in landfills each year, we are dedicated to keeping as many of these cartridges as possible out of landfills and making the world a greener place. By joining our team as an Account Executive, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission.
An Account Executive will be responsible to:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to acquire their unused original print supplies
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads
- Educate businesses on the environmental benefits of our program
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for expansion to build a book of business
- Ensure customer satisfaction and keep accurate records of sales activities
- Work closely with marketing and purchasing team members
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies to optimize performance
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Required skills for success in this role include:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and effectively convey the benefits of our program
- Sales experience and a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to conduct market research, identify potential leads, and develop and execute sales strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Total Compensation:
$50,000-$125,000 (Base + Uncapped commission paid monthly)
