Job Title: Accounting Assistant (AR Specialist)
Work location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (*MUST be able to work on-site from Day 1 according to company policy, not negotiable)
Duration: 12 Months
Korean/English Bilingual required
Job Description and Requirements:
- Follow up unknown checks, ACH deposit
- Customer open item clearing (AR) matching with the bank statement
- Travel system management (Q&A from the employees)
- Employee expense/ travel report review and approval on SAP Concur
- Travel expense reconciliation (airfare / BOA)
- Budget update in expense portal (SAP Concur)
- Vendor invoice posting for payment
- Open account management
- Support monthly closing - sales part
Support year-end financial audit
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
