Job Summary:

Manages invoicing and collecting payments for recurring customers consistent with established department goals and protocols.

Essential Functions:

• Review and post sales invoices and credit memos daily.
• Initiate and maintain collections on all past-due customer accounts.
• Reconcile returned EFT customer payments.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email about billing discrepancies and questions.
• Update payment information for recurring customers as needed.
• Create and maintain various sales and financial reports for internal use.
• Provide timely response to inquiries from internal and external customers
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentially
• Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for an extended period of time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
