This is an entry level role with accounting career growth opportunities. We are searching for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support and promote excellent customer service, accurate billing practices, prompt customer payments and detailed department record keeping. This role resides on our Accounting Team and reports to the Cash and Collections Manager. This is a full-time, remote opportunity.
- Accounts Receivable customer service for internal and external customers
- Perform collection calls and address customer emails and phone requests as required.
- Research and identify account discrepancies.
- Send invoices, monthly statements and perform month-end processing.
- Participate in AR aging and collection reviews with management.
- 0-1+ years progressive billing and collections experience
- Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel
Highly preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with NetSuite
- Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
