- Frequently check and respond to Association and Limestone emails
- Answer and direct phone calls at Association office
- Assist residents with customer service questions and concerns
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Complete work in a timely manner with ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Use data entry and Microsoft office programs
- Fulfill administrative duties such as: filing, printing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Manage renter’s database
- Contact service companies (ex: A/C, pest control, electrician, elevator, etc.) upon request of property
manager or association board
- Maintain and organize office workplace
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain computer and physical office filing systems
- Order office supplies
- Handle any sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Retrieve, sort and distribute association mail accordingly
- Create/Post Association Notices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Property management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
