We are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a goal oriented hard worker who is able to multitask and prioritize between many different things. Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience or related qualifications, however, your desire to learn coupled with your proven work ethic and basic program knowledge, may compensate for lack of specific industry experience.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting Office in Answering Phones and Taking Client/Vendor Messages and Information
  • Assisting our Office in Other Administrative Office Duties & Tasks
  • Assisting Office in COI's, Licensing, Inspections, Permits & all Long Island Town Villages
  • Be able to perform tasks accurately under pressure.
  • Be able to work regularly and flexibly in accordance with the needs of management.

Required Skills and Work Habits:

  • Punctuality & Attention to Detail
  • Data Entry Experience
  • Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable Experience (Both Preferred)
  • Excellent Organization and Time Management
  • Proficient Working Knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Excellent Customer Service & Positive Attitude
  • Punctuality & Attention to Detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
