The UNG Division of University Advancement is currently accepting applications for a part-time student worker within the Advancement Services Department on the Dahlonega campus. University Advancement engages with alumni, donors, and friends of the university to raise charitable donations to support the mission of UNG. This position will have the opportunity to learn more about non-profit operations, and learn marketable business skills.

• Assist with data entry in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge database system, to include address updates, event registrations, obituary notifications, and other data updates as needed.
• Assist with general office services such as filing, organizing, greeting visitors, etc.
• Provide support with various mailings and constituent communications.
• Campus pickup and deliveries, to include campus mail.
• Perform other technical database support-related duties, as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Must have attention to detail and confidentiality to data is critical.
• Knowledge of computer hardware & software.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and/or database software.

• Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
