THE ROLE

Program Coordinators will be expected to work at multiple Elementary School locations in Vista. It is the responsibility of a Program Coordinator to foster an upbeat, positive culture within your team. We want you to be able to attract, retain, and develop a team of high-performing coaches. This is a in person position starting in January 2023.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Liaison effectively with school staff/faculty AND other vendors on site
• Daily huddle with coaches to review tasks and lesson plans for that day
• Training coaches to engage students in SEL & PE curriculum
• Provide daily updates to Regional Manager
• Displays passion and optimism; inspires respect and trust
• Be willing to demonstrate, engage, and participate in games with students
• Remind/Re-train coaches to implement strong behavior management skills on the field
• Act as a positive and inspiring role model
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service for all students and school staff

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma, AA or BA a plus
• 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching or child development strongly preferred
• 48 college credits or para-educator exam
• 18 years and older
• Reliable transportation
• Submitting fingerprint based background check
• Covid-19 Vaccine (2 weeks from 2nd dose) or Weekly Covid-19 Testing
• Authorized to work in the US

• A can do attitude and a natural curiosity for solving problems
• Excellent behavioral management skills
• Thoroughly understand the organization’s goals & mission.
