Job description

1.0 Summary

This position is responsible for planning and executing accounts payable and receivable functions within the Finance department.

2.0 Essential Functions

· Organizes, prepares, records, and pays vendor obligations by compiling and analyzing supporting data.

· Collects and records receipt of customer receivables by compiling and analyzing supporting data.

· Contacts customers to follow-up on outstanding invoices.

· Collaborates with sales order administration regarding cash application queries.

· Collaborates with sales department to ensure credit policy is adhered to.

· Prepares business activity reports associated with vendor payments and customer receivables.

· Maintains vendor master.

· Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
