Job Summary

BATH FITTER IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all our customers are receiving superior customer service. Ensures all interested customers have appointments booked in a timely manner.

Schedule is 9-5PM Monday-Friday with a rotating Saturday.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Book appointments for our Sales Consultants
• Contact customers that have interest in our product to schedule in-home consultations
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Detail orientated with strong organizational and follow up skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Team player and work well independently

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated performance in a high volume Customer Service/Sales Support center
• Detail oriented with good follow through on tasks.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate accurate, pertinent information with our internal and external customers.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office Applications and ability to learn new programs

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
