Pay Starts at $20 up to 25 per hour based on experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm with potential overtime

Responsibilities:
- Accurate handling and installation of gas and electric household appliances
- Properly follow all proper installation procedures and techniques and test to ensure proper functionality.
- Install appliances per the manufacturer’s specifications using hand and power tools and other equipment.
- Perform quality checks on work performed by you and your coworkers.
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
- Use 3rd party software applications to enter data to document work performed daily.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience with Appliance Delivery and & Installation Service is preferred. (we are willing to train the right candidate to grow their career with Ferguson)
- Ability to lift 50-100 pound objects frequently and 100+ pound objects with the assistance of fellow associates and lifting equipment such as stair climbers, oven lifts, and/or air sled.
- Possess mechanical skills and willingness to learn - construction, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are preferred.
- Valid state issued driver’s license is required.
- Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and completely when speaking to customers.
- Document important job notes in a way a non-trades person would understand.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and product specifications is preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
- Organization, time management, and creative problem-solving skills
