Job Duties Include:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, and parts lists; gathering parts, sub assemblies, tools and materials
• Positions parts and sub assemblies onto automated or manual assembly equipment
• Successfully complete builds within standard build time; use on line production tools for building and data collection
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub assemblies
• Turns and presses knobs and buttons to adjust and start welding machine
• Reads production schedule and specifications to ascertain product to be fabricated.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Lifting 20-50 lbs. as needed, dexterity – hand tools and twisting and turning

Job Details Include:

• Shift Hours: 4:30 am - 2:30 pm (must be open to working until 4:00 pm if needed) OR 4:30 pm - 2:30 am, (must be open to working until 4:00 am if needed) Monday through Thursday

Job Qualifications Include:

• Must submit to and pass a drug screen
• Must submit to and pass a hand dexterity test
• Davis Staffing, Inc. participates in the E-verify program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Overtime
