We are looking to add an experienced and responsible Assistant General Manager to our staff. This position will include directing and organizing the operations of our restaurant to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Our facility is currently open daily for breakfast and lunch, with an emphasis on our Sunday brunch buffet.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities May Include:

• With the General Manager, oversee all Front of the House staff including hiring, training, coaching and evaluating staff performance
• Fostering and promoting a meaningful and cooperative working environment that drives growth and develops people and talent within the organization
• Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
• Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
• Opening and closing activities
