POSITION OPEN NOW, Looking for a self motivated individual to fill a challenging position. Top pay +, full benefits, health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacations, 401K, Bonuses and more. Position is for a commercial plumbing co. Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer. Must be computer literate and be confident with Microsoft Office software. Established high end commercial plumbing contractor with a great reputation. High rise T.I., Medical, Aerospace and Class A plumbing work performed. Duties will be assisting Project Managers with all aspects of ongoing projects including Estimating, Job Take Offs, Change Orders, RFI's, Contract Administration, Insurance Cert processing, Vendor Management, Scheduling inspections, Close out packages, etc. Will involve client and sub-contractor interaction also.

Candidate with plumbing or mechanical estimating or take off experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
