The wage range for this position is $75,240 - $90,000/year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

You are:

A Resourceful Contributor who can conduct audits under the supervision of the in-charge to review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal accounting controls. You are a Results-driven individual who can complete audits designed to inform management of issues regarding compliance with established controls and procedures. Data analytics are used to interrogate entire data populations for complete and meaningful testing.

You will:

• Conducts audits in accordance with pre-approved audit programs while effectively managing time budgets
• Prepares supporting workpapers in accordance with department standards
• Identifies relevant control weaknesses and business issues. Formulates specific recommendations, including cause, effect and quantification, to assist in strengthening controls and improving operational performance
• Assists in basic planning activities such as program revisions and risk assessment
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Travel requirements about 10-20%

Your background:

As an Audit Senior Associate, you have:

• Strong process and analysis skills as well as knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills. Strong PC skills
• Minimum of two to three years internal audit, public accounting, or related business experience.
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or business related field
• An understanding of business, accounting processes and financial and operational systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B).

• CPA/CIA/CISA/MBA desirable.
