Benefits Administrator

Career Details
We are seeking passionate Benefits Administrator to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As a Benefits Administrator you will lead and plan the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs, including group health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, accident plan, critical illness plan, and hospital indemnity plan, health savings plan, and 401(k) plan. To investigate new benefits programs, improve existing programs, design employee benefits plans and provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs. As needed, to provide special guidance and assistance to all locations in Ohio.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administrator is preferred)
Required Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources Benefits Administration (Experience in Non-Profit Organizations and self-funded insurance is preferred)
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
