Robert Half is seeking a Billing Clerk with strong organization skills. Based in the Troy, Michigan area, this is a short-term contract / temporary Billing Clerk opportunity. In this Billing Clerk position, your responsibilities will include reviewing bills and entering data into spreadsheets and accounting software. Are you a self-starter looking to develop your career? - Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
- Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
- Coding Invoices experience
- Team Player
- Experience in Great Plains preferred but not required
- Detail Oriented, Organized, and Patient,
- Billing Functions experience
- Customer invoices experience
- Enter Invoices experience
- Billing Statements experience
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
- Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
- Highly-qualified in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
