Mansfield Service Partners, LLC is looking for a Billing Specialist for our Aurora, CO location. The Billing Specialist is responsible for the final steps of the invoice process, managing holds, and processing credit and rebills.

Responsibilities

Customer Setups

• Set up customer information in systems for onboarding
• Customer and site information maintenance
• Setup audits

Billing

• Initial order entry in systems
• Interpret billing notes from Dedicated Billing team and make appropriate changes
• Process invoices daily via separate batches
• Create and distribute custom invoice reports
• Maintain full documentation of processes and procedures
• Coach/train/advise other departments to improve billing workflow
• Reconciliation of driver and technician shifts
• Assist in scope/design for system and ERP updates

Credit and Rebills

• Evaluate and audit invoice correction requests
• Execute requested changes and process credit and rebill invoices (e-Fuel and Entinuum)
• Track and report on monthly corrections

Process Holds

• Organize and distribute hold report daily
• Evaluate hold reason codes and reject as appropriate
• Manage close out period and report on month end metrics

Other Duties as Assigned

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

• High School Diploma

Knowledge & Experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Experience serving both internal and external customers a plus

Qualifications & Characteristics

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment

Work Environment

• 40-hour on-site work week
• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components
