Our Fargo, ND branch does not exist today. You will build it. We are looking for a proven seller who can sell freight brokerage service and lead people. A gritty, tough, kind, and entrepreneurially minded person full of integrity best describes who we are looking for.

We picked Columbia, MO for a reason. There is industry and talent in the area. You can sell anywhere in the nation, but it is helpful to have local doors to knock on. Also, Fargo, ND isn't a major metro. We don't do major metros. We are looking for simple blue collar folks from middle market sized communities. Real, genuine, and gritty yet kind souls who know what hard work looks like. We give you all the support, tools, and culture you'll need. You just need to have the drive and skills. Experience with the freight industry as a driver, warehouse manager, or freight broker is a plus. We can teach you what freight brokers do, you'll pick it up over time, it isn't technical, but we can't teach you to get up in the morning and get after the day. You must be driven to sell, grow, and build.

Trucker is a freight brokerage headquartered in Waconia, MN with branch offices in Waconia, MN and Marshall, MN. We find clients and move their freight with our carrier relationships. It is a pretty simple business model. We are small enough to care and big enough to execute. We focus on people. The people we hire and the people we choose to call clients.
