Currently, we are in search of Cafe Team Members!
The job duties of every Cafe Team Member include:

• Ability to provide excellent Guest service
• Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to develop rapport with Guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle money
• Ability to up sell
• Ability to handle and resolve Guest complaints

Other Responsibilities

• Greet the Guests
• Provide information regarding all Cafe offerings
• Prepare / Cook concession items per Cafe standards
• Up sell products and services
• Complete sales transactions and manage cash without error
• Stock concessions inventory / supplies accurately
• Enter data/transactions into computer POS system
• Clean Cafe area as needed and at closing
• Maintain a friendly, clean and inviting environment
• Reduce waste of product
• Other duties as assigned
