Home Instead in Oakmont, PA is looking for Care Professional Supervisor to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of direct care, non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
What makes the ideal candidate?
In this role you'll be our caregiver supervisor in the field. Duties include but are not limited to providing shadowing and introductions to our care pros, supervisory visits/quality assurance check-ins with new and existing clients, and lastly but most importantly being our top leader in the field. Our expectation for this position is to have a strong candidate who communicates well with office staff in relation to our care pros and clients. We are offering a premium rate for someone with a flexible availability, knowledge and experience working with seniors, and a strong professional demeanor.

Requirements:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
- Has a high level of communication with clients and office staff in a friendly and congenial manner.
- Willingness to transition between multiple clients in a day, as needed.
- Would help provide shadowing and introductions in the field, continuing education to other Care Pros, and has a strong sense of leadership.
- The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience working with the aging community, Dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and Hospice clients.
- Valid transportation required
