Job description
- The installation, setup and support of computer hardware systems
- Technical support for printers, scanners and other end-user input/output devices, communications systems, network cards, cabling and other related hardware
- Provide technical support as requested to school division personnel and students
- The installation, maintenance, repair and support of various classroom technology including data projectors, Smartboards and soundfield systems
- The installation, maintenance, repair and support of various facility technology including paging systems, door access systems, digital signage systems, UPS systems
- The installation, maintenance, repair and support of physical layer network infrastructure cabling and systems, including network cabinets and access points
- Assist with instruction at training sessions
- Graduated from a recognized technical college program (minimum 1 year) as well as a minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintaining, installing and set up of computer hardware system
- Good analytical skills for problem solving and trouble shooting
- Commitment to ideals and principles of Catholic education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated aptitude for responsibility, leadership and the ability to work well independently and collaboratively
- A valid Saskatchewan driver's license and a safe, reliable, licensed vehicle is required for this position
- 8.0 hrs/day
- To begin a.s.a.p.
- Salary $23.40 per hour.
