Hi! My name is Kate Sloan, and I am the owner of Chicka Chicka Broom in Montgomery Minnesota. What started as a means to help me get through a transitional period in my life in 2011 has grown into my life purpose, and one of the most successful cleaning companies in the area. In my experience, I have learned the importance of team culture, positive work mindset, and work ethic.
