CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Position Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

Location: 415-6th Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501

Primary Function: Answer phones, assist patients. General clerical duties.

Position Dimensions: Non-Exempt.

Work Performed:

• General clerical duties include answering multiple phone lines, accurate data entry, faxing, filing and taking messages.
• Maintains all records required by laboratory guidelines.
• Keeps up-to-date on Medicare compliance.
• Establishes relationships with clients and laboratory staff to ensure continued communication and client satisfaction.
• Complies with established laboratory policies, procedures and standards of operation.
• Complies with laws, regulations and ethics standards concerning laboratory business and patient confidential information.
• Cooperates with laboratory staff to achieve goals and maintain harmonious working relationships among employees.
• Participates on committees as requested, and on laboratory and public relations projects as requested.
• Attends meetings as required.
• Compiles statistics and submits reports requested by the manager.
• Orders supplies, equipment and forms as needed in the department.
• Keeps work area neat and clean.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Experience Background:

• General data entry skills required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Laboratory experience a plus.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Drug Free Workplace.
