Compensation & Benefits offered:
- $50,000- $65,000 (depending on experience)
- Health Insurance, Life Insurance, 401K with company match
- Unlimited Days PTO after 90 days of hire (10 vacation days the first year of service)
- Reports to the Pensacola office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Work from home on Wednesdays.
ROLE
- This is a mid to senior-level role
- Must be a highly motivated, self-driven, and high-energy individual with a passion for helping our partners and company grow
- This is a partner-facing role with 3-5 calls with partners on a daily basis
- Communication with partners via email, SMS, phone calls, and Zoom calls
- Must have a basic understanding of social media marketing, paid search, SEO, and Web
- Must be tech-savvy and have the ability to switch between multiple software tools at a time
- Must possess a strong time management skillset and the ability to identify daily priorities and pivot when needed
- High attention to detail is required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks in our project management software tool (ClickUp)
- Maintain a detailed and organized CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Must have knowledge of the Orthodontic and Dental field or be willing to learn
- Must have a confident and commanding presence with a passion for HIP's proven framework and the impact that will have on the practices
- Ability to speak to highly educated physicians and lead the conversations from a place of influence and be a great conversationalist
- Daily participation in the Partner Success Daily Huddles
- Online Tools - Using a range of online tools such as ClickUp, GoHighLevel (CRM), Slack, Zoom, Gmail, G Suite, and PandaDoc
RESULTS EXPECTED
- All partner communication is responded to within 3 hours with a high level of detail and action is promptly taken
- All partners are onboarded within the company's 21-day standard on brand and all partners receive the highest level of service
- All onboarding tasks are managed and updated in real-time with comments, action items, and due dates are met
- Internal communication is responded to timely
- The partner experience is of the highest level of excellence at all times
SUMMARY
We are looking for a mid to senior-level Partner Success Specialist with a passion and a can-do attitude in everything they do. The ideal candidate would be results-driven and completely capable of managing a high volume of tasks and onboarding 10-15 partners per month. They are ideally experienced in taking partner-facing calls. They must be able to keep up with a fast-paced and high-performance team and have a strong desire to exceed goals and be passionate about HIP, our team, our partners, and our vision. They must possess a positive and results-driven mindset.
