Job description and requirements:

This is a full‐time, on-site position in POSTVILLE IA primarily responsible for identifying commercial real estate opportunities.

Must be comfortable making daily calls to numerous real estate professionals, brokers, and sellers.

• Make 50+ outbound calls in a day to warm and cold leads.
• Research and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
• Commercial Real Estate Acquisition experience needed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with other industry software.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in all the major real estate asset classes is preferred.
• Willing to ask questions and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
