Commercial Roofing Expertise Required
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities after contract executed:
· Ensure Submittals are completed on time
· Ensure Submittal approvals are received
· Ensure safety submittals, safety plan, AHAS are complete and submitted to the customer
· Ensure safety submittals, safety plan, AHAS approval is received from the customer
· Ensure warranty application is prepared
· Obtain job summary from Estimating
· Ensure budget is published
· Make sure material is ordered and scheduled for delivery
· Ensure job is set-up in ComputerEase
· Coordinate hand-off meeting with Estimating
· GC / Owner meeting
· Do all project reporting for customer
· Create and maintain Project schedule, both internally (including white board schedule) and for Customer
· Ensure equipment is schedule for the job
· Coordinate job mobilize
· Coordinate material delivery
· JOB PRODUCTION & COMPLETION
· Manage Johnson Roofing’s final inspection & punch list
· Schedule and coordinate Manufacturer’s final inspection
· Manage final punch
· Document substantial completion
· Ensure warranty documents are received and delivered to customer
· Ensure Close-out documents are created and delivered to customer
· Support Collections until final payment and retainage are received
