Compounder Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Monitor process to ensure that the right quantity and quality are being met in efficient manner
• Work safely by following all safety standards and procedures
• Fill products from mixers
• Keep the work area clean and free of debris
• Organize and prepare raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure that the mixer is clean and in working condition at start-up and changeovers
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Follow instructions to prepare mixes according to confidential recipes
• Must have Mixing Experience

Compounder Shift Info

• Night Shift, 06:00 pm to 06:00 am
• Monday - Sunday (2,3,3,2 Schedule)

Compounder Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Able to lift up to 50-75 pounds
• Previous mixing or machine operator experience is preferred
• Good vision, depth perception, hearing and speech
• Must have no known allergic reactions or sensitivity to chemicals, dust, and fumes
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instruction
• Mixer Operator experience preferred
• Must have 2+ years of Sit down Forklift
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to work in the US
