Job Purpose:

• Support Winkley Homebuilders Executives and execute EXCELLENT customer communication, appointments, perform tasks/job duties to the highest quality'
• Our mission is to advocate for homeowners throughout every step of the homebuilding, restoration & renovation journey.

Job Duties:

• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
• Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
• Participate in hiring additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly
• Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary
• Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
• Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient
• This is a highly structured position revolving around ORDER, SYSTEMS & ACCOUNTABILITY of you accomplishing the daily goals.

Skills/Qualifications:

• You must have experience in construction
• You must have the knowledge, ability, and skill to teach crew members
• You must be a high-energy person who LOVES DETAILS
• You must be goal-orientated and must love hitting deadlines
• You must have a coachable attitude
• You must be able to respond to feedback professionally and not base your reactions on emotions. If constructive feedback makes you want to cry, this is NOT a good fit. We intentionally champion an office/work team of strength & constant improvement to WOW our clients and employees.
