Continental Carbonic Products, Inc. (CCPI) specializes in the manufacture and distribution of dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide.
CCPI has grown a reliable network of dry ice distribution facilities located strategically throughout the United States and Canada. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR – IRVING, TX
Continental Carbonic (a wholly owned subsidiary of Matheson) is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator out of Irving, TX.
Typical work hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.This position is not remote, and is based out of Irving, TX location. Starting Wage: $22+/hour depending on experience.
Position Accountabilities:
- Coordinate contracts between Sales organizations and Management
- Process new accounts
- Maintain customer pricing
- Prepare and distribute communication to client base
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Prepare and modify documents : correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and email
- Analyze data and create detailed reports of pricing and sales information
- Research and complete various vendor forms
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED, college degree preferred but not required
- Intermediate to Experienced skillset in Office Suite : Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to easily grasp new tasks with minimal instruction
- Self-motivated, responsible, and experienced working in fast-paced environments
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Experience working in a business professional environment preferred
