Summary:
Responsible for preparation, quality, safety, and appearance of all food served by the department.
Minimum Education:
a. High school diploma preferred. Able to speak and read English. Requires the ability to do simple arithmetic
Minimum Work Experience:
a. Experience with quantity food preparation and use of institutional equipment is preferred.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
a. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
