Join our growing team as a corporate pilot. We are currently flying a Piper M600. We are in search of pilots that can operate independently, exercise sound judgement, and contribute to our exciting team.

The Position*
As a corporate pilot, you will work closely with the leadership and aircraft management teams to provide a safe and efficient flight plan.

Ideal candidates are engaging, energetic, driven, and can work independently within his/her areas of responsibilities under limited supervision; value a strong work ethic and optimistic attitude; maintain a critical eye for detail and organization; and are excited to represent TAL in front of key customers, including community leaders and business partners.

Job Responsibilities*

• Act as PIC for Piper M600 in Part 91 operations.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with CFR 14 Part 91.
• Attend pilot meetings and company meetings as required.
• Attend training events as required by TAL Holdings, LLC.
• Travel as necessary in support of operations at the local, regional, national, and occasionally, international level.

Qualifications/Licenses*

• FAA airplane Commercial & Instrument ratings
• Current Class I Medical
• Must possess a US Passport and valid US driver’s license

Required Skills/Experience*

• Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 500 hours PIC
• Minimum 250 hours in a retractable gear aircraft
• Minimum 50 hours in a Piper M600
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation regulations
• No accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions in the last three years

Preferred Skills/Experience*

• Bachelor’s degree
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
• 100 Hours PIC in Piper M600 or similar, as well as currency
• 100 hrs Turboprop time
• Garmin avionics, G1000 preferred
