Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Pay: $50-60K/YR (Depending on experience) - this is a permanent position with benefits

What a typical day for a Customer Account Specialist looks like:
- Provides customers with any and all information to help manage their business better
- Performs and coordinates activities by entering, managing, storing, retrieving, integrating and communicating information for distribution among all channels
- Enter purchase orders
- Work within customer portals for PO acquisition and order confirmations
- Take lead when resolving any customer issues with the Business Manager
- Trouble shoot any shipping issues
- 3 years related experience in a customer service setting that includes order entry and return processing
- Knowledge of Microsoft office word, excel, outlook and order entry systems is required
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities, have strong decision-making capabilities and the capacity to handle confidential information.
