Dayton Parts is seeking a Customer Returns Processor/ Quality Inspector to join our growing team in Shiremanstown, PA! In this role you will process all incoming customer returns, vendor returns, and general product inspections for compliance with product specifications. Schedule: Monday – Friday,7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect all incoming customer returns for compliance with standards.
• Document and record findings of inspections.
• Prepare product to return to stock.
• Prepare, document, and physically ship/return product no in compliance.
• Using tools such as calipers, thread gauges, and straight edges to take measurements of products.

Required Experience / Skills:

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or 3-6 months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Physical Requirements: Pulling pushing, twisting, bending, and lifting of product (could include lifting spring weight up to 150-200 lbs. with the assistance of another employee)
