Job Description:
Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Carroll
Shift: 1st (M-F) 7:00am-3:30pm
Salary: Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receive and complete customer quote requests via drawings, blueprints, emails, or phone calls in a timely manner
- Accurately calculate quote and freight costs
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding manufactured items and accessories and assist with parts and warranty requests
- Handling of customer complaints in a positive and professional manner to the complete satisfaction of both the customer and the company
- Build rapport with customers, partners, and vendors
- Assist shipping coordinator to assure accurate and timely shipment and delivery of goods
- Work closely with all team members, customer representatives, and dealers to achieve goals
- Organization of work and priorities to meet required deadlines
- Assist in obtaining company sales objectives
- Assist in accumulating, maintaining, and properly documenting sales records.
- Gain knowledge of the manufacturing process associated with LEER / Carroll Operation products
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional phone and email etiquette
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn quoting software
- Above average math skills including fractions to calculate measurements
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills a must
- Refrigeration knowledge a plus
