Job Duties:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries for quotes, delivery, and technical questions on products
  • Communicate seamlessly with your internal colleagues - both product engineers and application engineers - to get answers to questions for the client.
  • Possess a patient and understanding attitude, with a focus on finding a solution to customer issues.
  • Maintain a positive mindset toward each customer inquiry and request.
  • Have good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Be responsible for doing what you say and saying what you do.
  • Enjoy busy & multitasking work throughout the day
  • Create a can-do work environment
