AIM Media Client Services is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, and resolving issues with a high level of professionalism in a high call volume center.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to Inbound/Outbound calls for assistance with billing inquires, payments, credits, upselling subscription services
• Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support customers specific needs
• Provide information about our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Data entry and basic computer skills
• Energetic and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Previous call center experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Bilingual preferred
