Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field

Creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail

Ability to investigate, debug and triage difficult problems and independently work towards results

At ease and adaptable in a dynamic and informal environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to facilitate close interaction with development teams, management, and other organizations within Apple

Enthusiasm for user-focused design & high-quality technology

Professional and reliable

Attentive to detail or experience in new product security protocols

Responsibilities

You will drive critical collection projects that provide data needed by our engineering teams to build robust new products and features

Moderate, facilitate and conduct in-person and highly confidential user studies

Problem solve with the participants should they encounter issues during the user session

Ensure appropriate participant compliance with protocols

Gather data from test devices

Manage study device inventory

Document and communicate session studies

`Attentively guard against unlawful or inappropriate access of confidential information by others.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
