s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply Ltd. is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Kitchener location. This person will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from entering orders to issuing credits and quoting equipment. Training is provided and on going.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

You take a safe and team-oriented approach to deliver the best possible results to the customer.

Your role will consist of the following:

• Making safe, efficient deliveries to restaurants and various other customers;
• Load and unload products; prepare next day deliveries as well as ensure cleanliness of delivery vehicles and warehouse;
• Safekeeping of company equipment and product, maintaining safety of yourself and those around you;
• Maintain and plan efficient runs locally and around the GTA;
• Provide ideas to enable s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply to continue to grow;
• Above all a willingness to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A valid G license and a clean driver’s abstract;
• Must be comfortable driving a commercial truck with tailgate, up to 26 feet/5 tonnes;
• Residing in Burlington or the surrounding area;
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new programs and systems;
• Enjoy working with people, building client relationships, providing outstanding service;
• Be physically fit to lift heavy product consistently (up to 100 lbs) and enjoy an active career;
• Possess excellent problem solving skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure;
• Comfortable and productive working in a team or independently, and following specific direction.

Schedule : Monday- Friday with the occasional weekend work and holiday required
