Description:
- Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
- Duties: Work under the direction of the location TG staff, support desktops, printers, warehouse equipment (wireless and handheld RF's, conveyor PCs and Zebra printers) and provide support to local user on technology issues. The role also requires working with network TG staff for network and telephony to help troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Skills: Required: Basic understanding of networking, remote computing, and laptop migrations is required. Preferred: Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX
- Education: Required: A minimum of one year of PC installation and troubleshooting experience with Windows OS and related software, Microsoft Office, Outlook/Exchange, and connectivity software (broadband, WiFi, WWAN (Wireless Wide Area Network), etc.) Preferred: Associates degree in computer, accounting or audit fields, or equivalent work experience, in lieu of a degree and/or work experience in a SOX-compliant environment, IT reporting and audit experience.
