The Digital Marketer position at The Gerson Companies is an exciting opportunity to join a leading seasonal, home décor, and gift importer/distributor in the U.S.!!!

The Gerson Companies is a family-owned seasonal, gift and home decor importer that has been in business for over 80 years. Our corporate office and 500,000 sq. ft. distribution center / warehouse is located in Olathe, KS with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and sales personnel across the United States. We showcase our product lines in over 10 markets across the country including permanent showrooms in Atlanta and Las Vegas.

The Digital Marketer (DM) will be responsible for managing and executing Gerson Company’s multi-channel digital marketing strategy across email, social media and B2B ecommerce platforms. The DM will also be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive schedule of targeted customer facing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales. The DM will monitor retail, consumer and sales trends and analyze robust sets of existing customer data to implement audience specific campaigns and assist with the creation of campaign messaging and content. The role will also include coordinating with B2B website stakeholders to align active marketing campaigns with Gerson’s B2B online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze industry trends and leverage existing customer data sets to define marketing messaging and strategy

· Maintain a comprehensive schedule of targeted, customer facing emails and social media posts to drive engagement, web traffic and sales

· Manage and maintain a database of Gerson customer data and organize customer lists into actionable target audiences based on industry, customer types and Gerson product lines

· Create audience and campaign specific messaging

· Create email templates and designs within Gerson’s email marketing platform

· Work cross functionally with Gerson’s web team to update the B2B website to align with active marketing campaigns and promotions

· Measure and quantify digital campaign results based on engagement and sales conversion

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
