Hickman Label Company (an ID Images Company) is looking for a full time Digital Prepress Technician in Lebanon, TN.

Job Description: Our Digital Prepress Technician will process inbound orders via website and phone and submit to production for completion.

The Digital Print Prepress Technician is responsible for creating and updating output files for digital printing using the Adobe Creative Suite. The Digital Prepress Technician completes the order process for all digital printing lines. A strong focus on attention to detail and a balance of priorities will be key to operating successfully in the role.

What we are looking for:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis in Illustrator. 1-2 years preferred
• Knowledge of digital printing equipment preferred
• Experience with computer based troubleshooting 1-2 years preferred
• Good vision and ability to focus on fine print and discern color
• Excellent customer care and experience processing customer orders
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to perform basic mathematics including additions, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Organized and detailed individual
• Highly Proficient in MS word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a team-oriented environment.
• Assist other areas as needed to maintain a team approach.
• Ability to effectively manage time and meet set targets and deadlines.
• Accepts continuous improvement and coaching as a value of the organization
• HS graduate or GED Required
