Our Dining Consultants are the voice of our Ten brands. Our team recommends and books the best restaurants from all over the world for our members. We don't speak to our customers by reading completely from a script and we provide amazing service to our luxury brand customers by forming a relationship with them over the phone calls and email conversations. Our members are our main focus and our diverse concierge teams do whatever it takes to offer top-notch service. The best thing is we have fun doing it. We've grown tremendously over the last 3 years to become a global team of approximately 800 employees in 22 offices worldwide. We are looking for customer-focused hospitality and dining superstars with a passion for travel, high-end dining, nightlife, culture and events to join our growing team. Our Dining Consultants make sure each interaction with our members is up to our high standards while ensuring our employees feel supported and get the development they need to succeed.

You will work in an intimate environment that promotes teamwork and the opportunity and commitment to grow your career internally as our business footprint grows in North America. You will use your knowledge to service our client members with their lifestyle Dining needs. This could also include all types of requests in travel and tickets, altogether creating those once-in-a-lifetime bespoke experiences for our valued members. Working within our unique office and global atmosphere you will gain the knowledge you need to be successful.

Requirements:

• Must have a thorough knowledge of local high-end dining or trendy restaurants
• Hospitality, concierge, or fine dining restaurant experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Exceptional customer service & hospitality skills and talent for delighting customers who expect the finest service
• Proven ability to deal with changing priorities is a must
• Previous center experience is a plus
• Ability to work late (11pm), on both weekends every week. Flexible shifts are essential. You will be paid 1.5x your base salary for every hour worked on a weekend.
• A passion for food and dining is a must
