Director of Home and Community Health

Full time position. Monday through Friday.
This position is responsible for Home and Community Health and for the Home Health and Long-Term Service and Support admissions. The director is responsible for services and making sure patients are seen for their visits as ordered . The director will also be responsible for the WIC, Family Planning, School Services, Pregnancy Care Program, and Immunization program as a Public Health Alliance site with the Department of Health. In this roll you are expected to develop, revise and review policies and procedures as directed. Expected to monitor all budgets. You may also ensure home care staff follow proper processes while providing services to patients. You may be required to facilitate training and organize audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Must have current South Dakota Board of Nursing Registered Nurse license
