Job description
Justin Brands is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Ecommerce Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management and optimization of our ecommerce platform for our branded sites. Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platform, as well as utilizing marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo and Yotpo are crucial to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the management and maintenance of the Justin, Tony Lama, Nocona and Chippewa ecommerce websites, including product updates, promotions, and content updates
- Utilizing Klaviyo and Yotpo to create and execute email marketing campaigns and gather customer reviews
- Supporting search engine marketing efforts, including keyword research and ad copywriting
- Analyzing website traffic and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for optimization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and customer service
- Direct Email Marketing efforts
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an ecommerce role
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Klaviyo, and Yotpo
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Oriented
- Strategic
- Familiar with Google Analytics
- Experience with paid search

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
