Customer Education Coordinator

As a Customer Education Coordinator with MRP, you will be responsible for managing our customer education program which includes the MedEquipTech (MET) platform that we use to manage our network or trainers and match them with customer training requests. You will coordinate the development of training materials for our customers, including online curriculum and training packets. You will also lead the performance management and training of the nationwide network of MET trainers.

Customer Education Team
The Customer Education Team’s approach to customer education is rooted in the belief that value is recognized by our customers in every training we deliver at MRP. We take our learnings from working with 1,000+ customers to provide customers with thought leadership and recommendations that accelerate their success. Roles & Responsibilities
The Customer Education Coordinator role is an individual contributor role that influences the success of every one of our customers. You will bring a vast amount of desire to facilitate trainings and evolve our customer education experiences that we have throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
What You'll be Doing
- Lead the development of our customer education program
- Lead the training and management of our network of trainers
- Ensure a smooth customer experience and consistency between the various tools used for customer education
- Design and develop a train the trainer program from the ground up
- Working collaboratively with team members in digital systems such as HubSpot, Jira, Thinkific, QuickBooks, Slack, Google Docs, and more
- Coordinate travel for field trainers, create invoices and purchase orders for training events, and keep customer databases up to date
- Be the main point of contact with our Learning Management System vendor
- Ensure our customer training program is evolving in every part of the customer journey (onboarding, adoption and engagement)
- Work with the leaders and teams across Sales, Customer Success, Warehouse Operations, Trainer Recruiting, and Repairs/Service.
- Be a key liaison with our Go To Market team to be aware of all new product releases and ensure our education program covers these new updates
- Constantly seek out expertise from the MRP and MET community to share with our customers
