My husband, Brian, owns the company, and his father owned it in the past. Sounds cliché, but we ARE a family business! We spend a lot of time at the dinner table talking about the employee experience and how to make it a good one. Playing in a band!? We’ll post it on our boards. Involved in a community project? Yup, we’d love to hear about it! We’ve helped place pets, decipher insurance problems, or just been a friend with an open door to vent.

At Chapco, we know that none of what we do would be possible without our people. We have so many employees here that make us special! We’re also proud to say that our average employee tenure is 11.6 years. We’re people oriented, give back to our community, and like to have fun. Our number one core value is being “Positive, Passionate and Present.” We want to hire people who want to be part of a great team. Join us and help us become The Best Place to Work in CT!
