• Assist in reaching out to each event host the next morning to say thank you and get feedback of service
• Input all leads into tripleseat i.e.: location hold, client contact information, etc.
• Create event inquiries and contracts
• Create and update all contracts and BEOs as requested by client
• Prepare daily event pack for management team to effectively execute events
• Provide on-site assistance as needed at events
• Assist and oversee day of event setup and logistics if necessary
• Charge Event deposits via tripleseat for all contracts; Maintain Deposit Received and Refund Log
