JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Executive Administrator Department: Finance

Reports to: AVP of Finance & Administration Classification: Non-Exempt

Supervises: N/A Salary Grade: 9

Base Location: Falmouth
Purpose
This position provides administrative support to the C-team and is responsible for administering all payroll and benefit activities at the Credit Union.
Requirements & Expectations

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to C-team members.
  • Plan and organize BOD meetings, corporate events, and travel.
  • Prepare presentations, report packages, and conduct research.
  • Calendar and appointment management.
  • Coordinate vendors for maintenance of Operations Center & Service Branches.
  • Prepare and process weekly payroll including preparing incentive and commission data.
  • Administer all insurances including health, dental, vision, life, worker compensation, short and long-term disability insurances.
  • Administer the Credit Union’s 401(k) benefit program.
  • Maintain physical and electronic human resource files.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding meetings.
  • Maintain the Credit Union’s human resource policy.
  • Administer the “Best Places to Work in ME” program.
  • Administer the Credit Union’s logo wear benefit.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Technical Knowledge

Experience utilizing the following software applications preferred: Proficient in MS Office products, Internet research, IM; and various other online applications. Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM. Thorough knowledge of data processing system relative to lending and new accounts. Ability to create basic formulas and calculations in an Excel spreadsheet.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred. Candidates with payroll and benefit administration experience preferred.
