We are looking for a dynamic proven INDOOR grower to join our farm. In this role, your duties will include overseeing a single to multiple cannabis production houses. Please ensure you have Indoor experience.

To ensure your success, you must have excellent knowledge of automated greenhouses utilizing Link 4 Controls. This includes, cooling walls, Co2, ridge vents, exhaust fans, internal light dep system - Full Spectrum LED's utilize a separate control system.

Grower Requirements:

• A minimum of four years' experience working at an Indoor T2.
• Must have an active OLCC Workers Card
• Exceptional knowledge of the cannabis plant, its growth requirements, and disease management techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of indoor farming methods.
• A solution-driven attitude and good analytical skills.
• Great leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to do manual labor and work for long hours.
• Willingness to stay on top of current cannabis farming trends.
• A bachelor's degree in science, botany, agriculture, horticulture, or a related field, would be helpful.

Job Types: Contract or Full-time

Salary: $ Contract

Schedule:

• 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• Saturdays as required
